At Your Tee Print , we take pride in creating custom products just for you. Because each item is made to order, our return policy is a bit different from standard retail. Please read it carefully before placing your order.
🎯 Custom Products – No Returns for Change of Mind
Since every T‑shirt is printed specifically for you after you place your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Personal preference – “I don’t like it anymore”

Wrong size ordered – please double‑check our size chart before ordering

Incorrect design details – you are responsible for the accuracy of the image and text you upload

Change of mind after production has started
Production typically begins within 2–4 hours of order placement. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
✅ When We Do Offer a Refund or Replacement
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives with one of the issues below, we’ll make it right:

To be eligible for a refund or replacement under these conditions, you must:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or within 30 days for lost packages)

Provide your order number

Include clear photos showing the issue (for damaged/defective claims)
We’ll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
📦 How to Request a Return / Refund
If you believe your order qualifies under the conditions above, please follow these steps:

Email us at support@yourteeprint.com with the subject line: "Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]"

Include the information listed above (order number, photos, description)

We’ll confirm whether your request is approved and provide next steps

If approved for return, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label (for defects/wrong items only). For other cases, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Note: Please do not send any items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
⚠️ Non‑Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded (except for defects):

Custom items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Items purchased during final sale promotions (if applicable)

Gift cards
💰 Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (if applicable), we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first, then contact us.
🔄 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product (same design, different size, etc.) due to a printing error or damage, contact us at support@yourteeprint.com.
For size exchanges due to customer error, we cannot offer a free exchange because each item is made to order. However, you are welcome to place a new order for the correct size.
🚚 Lost or Stolen Packages
Your Tee Print is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed delivered to the address provided at checkout. If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please:

Check with neighbors or household members

Contact your local post office with the tracking number

Wait 3–5 business days – packages sometimes show up a little late
If the package is still missing after those steps, contact us and we’ll do our best to help, though we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement for confirmed delivered items.
